We love all our couples (we truly do work with The Most Amazing people), but let's be honest, working with Anita and Isaac was particularly special.
Jonathan has been friends with Anita for years and they've had lots of adventures through the years. When I first moved to Brantford, Anita invited me to stay in her spare room for the summer weeks while we planned our wedding. I still think about this act of generosity and kindness. She also made sure I was invited to girls' nights and is the most incredible person I know at pulling others out of their shells.
We also had the pleasure of working with Anita on a more intensive level when she took two years away from her life and home and volunteered with one of our PhotogenX teams. She is an incredible and inspiring leader. We were so honoured to work with her and see her team grow under her leadership.
We met Isaac last year and were immediately impressed. He is a perfect fit for our dear Anita. They are a force of energy together, strong and faithful friends. We spent some of our Very Favourite days of marriage with Anita and Isaac (and some of our other friends) last New Year's Eve. It was two full days of snow, games, laughter, food and pure JOY.
With all this history, it was so meaningful when Anita and Isaac asked Jonathan to document the wedding and Layne to be a bridesmaid.
