Let's be honest, if you know me at all, you know I enjoy a nice glass of wine in the evening. (I actually haven't had one in...I don't even know how long, which makes me all the more excited to be pulling out a bottle tonight.)
And since we've all had that moment when we go to the LCBO and look around us, completely overwhelmed. There are bottles of wine everywhere, but which bottle do I want?
I usually just grab the bottle of wine with the pretty label and call it a day.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, and there's joy in the process. (Tehe.)
But I figured I'd start sharing some of my personal wine-tasting experiences on here.
I'll start with the my experiences finding good, cheap wines. We're all on a budget, right?
When I hopped on my computer today, I googled, "best big bottle of wine at the LCBO" and went from there.
This bottle of Italian Mezzomondo is tonight's pick:
This red delight reportedly goes well with Italian dishes, like pizza or pasta.
I just googled what "Mezzomondo" means in Italian and got this:
mezzo: instrument, means, medium, middle, vehicle
mondo: world
May this budget-friendly red wine be the vehicle of enjoying your world tonight.
xo.
