Once upon a time, Savannah and I (Layne) were missionaries together and travelled the world on a team of 11 girls. As you can imagine, our adventures were many and epic. And sometimes not epic, like the time Savannah and I "got stuck" in the Johannesburg Airport for 24 hours or sweated our brains out in India. We cherish those memories, the good, the messy and the inbetween.

It's funny-before we parted ways, Anne and Lindsay (and Jaylene you too?) made a vow that they would come to every single track girl wedding. I vowed not to make this vow, knowing I probably couldn't keep it.

And yet, I've been so thankful to attend each and every wedding to date. (Naomi, I'll need A Lot of advance warning for you, unless you can whip something together for this January?!)

Now, 6 of us are married, 2 have babies and it's been a wild, sweet ride to watch our stories unfold.

I love these girls with all the pieces of my heart.

And now she loves him with all the pieces of her heart too.

And I am grateful I got to be a small part of their day.
