When I showed up at the door to start documenting their wedding, I'd never met Jess or Ryley before. By the end of the day, I felt as if I'd known the two of them for years. They are both incredibly kind, thoughtful and genuine.
I loved spending their special day with them. They are both so nice and laid back that I spent the whole day enjoying the wedding and feeling more like a friend and a guest than a stranger photographer.
When the forecast was RAIN and lots of it, they just moved their wedding inside but didn't let it spoil their day.
Jess was such a gorgeous bride; I loved taking photos of her. And seeing these two high school sweethearts finally stand up to say "I do" was a beautiful moment for all.

Enjoy these snaps of the beautiful Mr. and Mrs. Ingram in the meantime.
xo.
Jess has The Most Incredible smile/laugh. I couldn't get enough of it.
Okay, Jess painted the below photo (in honor of which animated movie?) I love, LOVE this "guest sign in."
I love this photo.
Since Ryley is a volunteer firefighter, we headed down to the station to take a few bridal portraits of the two of them.
Dessert bar? Heck, yes please.
For those of you who are outside of Canada, this is called "The Shoe Game." The bride and groom get one of their own shoes (a cute blue Tom for Jess) and one of their spouse's. They are then asked a series of questions like "Who will wash most of the dishes?" or "Who will be the first to say 'I'm sorry.' " And they each raise the shoe of the person they feel most fits the description.
#hilarious
The next few photos are by my fabulous assistant Anne; then it goes back to me. Haha.
Anne is so Great with the detail shots!
Ring boy!
Man fight on the garter toss floor.
And...back to the beginning of the day.
Bride and groom exit.
...and they lived happily ever after.
Congrats Jess and Ryley; thanks so much for letting me share in your special day!
