I (Layne) was in my first year of photojournalism studies at uni while Bac was in his last. I don't remember many of our interactions from those first few months, but simple conversations grew through the years into a rich and meaningful friendship.

In the last 15 years, we've shared road trips, all-nighters, long conversations about our respective love lives, donuts at 3 a.m., layovers, airport pickups, coffees and a hundred other small things that have culminated into one beautiful friendship. I believe the phrase "heart friend" commenced with Bac in my life.

I've only known Seane for the last couple of years, but could tell right away that she is gentle, kind and sweet. I can't imagine anyone more perfect for each other than the two of them-seriously, perfect. We love seeing them together and and anyone around them can feel their love for each.

It was both humbling and wonderful to be at their wedding and document the day.
