For the last year+, we've had the honour of heading over to Elora every month or so to document any updates and progress on the Elora Mill Restoration Project. Pearle Hospitality acquired the historic Elora Mill and are sparing no expense to turn it into a getaway dream.
It's been fun doing photo and videos each month, especially knowing we have a couple of weddings booked there later this year. (Alli! Jason! Chelsea!)
I suppose construction photos aren't particularly interesting? But we always the fantastic Pearle Hospitality team and seeing the progress.
