Hi!
We fully recognize that we have been completely MIA over the last couple of months (year?) and there are MANY factors for this, from grad school to MOVING. In case you missed it (and we’ve hardly posted about it), we rather spontaneously bought a house over the summer because it was more in the country, which we’ve been wanting for awhile, and even more significantly, it has an office space and a cute carriage house in the back that would work for a PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO.
This house was a match made in heaven for us. (We’ve been here almost two months and still look at each other in amazement that we get to live here!)
Our good friend James has been hard at work converting the space into a workable studio for us. (He’s amazing, so if you’re in the market for a good contractor, we can give you his info.) We’re over halfway there - the space has been insulated and has drywall up. The windows and french doors are installed and now we just need the floors put in, the drywall mudded, and the walls painted. ….not in that order of course.
Also, our yard is a WRECK, but we are closing our eyes and ignoring the chaos for the joy set before us.
